Anchor uses interactive technology to assess and diagnose patients who, due to distance, are not able to access quality behavioral health services. This technology allows the patient, provider and assessment counselor to work together to achieve the best outcome for the patient.

Currently, Anchor is conducting telemedicine assessments and consults with hospital emergency rooms, nursing homes, and mental health clinics. Anchor’s ability to reach out to rural areas and assist community hospitals in these economically hard times is a vital element for the future of behavioral health in Georgia.
